Lucky you! AFC hosts BEATS, BURPEES, & BOOZE at the uniquely wonderful Detroit Shipping Company. Do you like loud music? Do you like booze? Can you handle a few burpees for a Ketel One Botanical cocktail? Join AFC Strong for an evening of sweating, eating, and a little Sunday drinking. The evening will begin with a high intensity interval style workout experience, and will end with delicious cuisine and cocktails.
